Main purpose of the role 1.Assistant Regional sales manager to develop consumer luminaire retail net-work in the region 2.Build field sales capacity & capability to run retail business effectively Key areas of accountability 1.Develop the channel development strategy & action plan for consumer luminaire retail business development 2.Provide training/coach to field sales to be qualified to run retail business effectively 3.Tracking monthly progress of KPI and develop action plan to catch up 4.Responsibility for the regional consumer luminaire ANP resource planning & control 5.Assistant to retail model development and deploy to region Key Requirements 1.B.A Degree or above 2.5 years above retail business operation experiences for consumer product 3.2 years above management experience 4.Would prefer to the candidate with successful brand store operation experiences in multinational company 5.Willing to travel outside 50% of work time. 6.High integrity, passion to win, good communication skill and result & process oriented.
