Job description/Mission: 1.Develop the market and maximize the sales for CP's high quality Industrial Tools and assembly systems to General Industry customers. 2.Work independently, such as demonstration, sales presentation, business negotiation, reporting and etc. 3.Manage own business territory, and reach sales target. 4.Report to Regional Sales Manager; meanwhile coordinate with other departments to achieve the work as a good team worker. 5.Be in cooperation with credit controller and finance department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions. Experience requirements: 1.Bachelor degree in engineering, machinery, or equivalent. 2.3-5 years experience in sales of Industrial Products, Previous experience from working in a foreign company is preferred. 3.Good Microsoft Office skills are necessary 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills. 5.Initiative, target oriented and self propelled. 6.Extrovert team player that is able to plan and organize own work load. 工作内容: 1、负责该地区通用工业客户的业务开展,销售CP高端工业工具,保持并提高在该区域的市场份额。 2、向区域经理汇报,同时与公司其他部门协作完成项目。 3、有效管理所辖区域的业务开展,完成销售指标 4、管理现有大客户,提高客户满意度以及销售量 5、发现并发展新客户 6、及时向上一级反馈当地的市场状况及竞争对手情况 7、独立完成:产品演示、Presentation、方案和标书撰写、商务谈判及向上级汇报的工作 8、与财务管理部门保持良好的沟通,确保合同的顺利执行。 9、需要经常出差 要求: 1、工科背景本科以上学历。 2、3-5年工业产品销售经验,熟悉汽车行业者优先。 3、有外资企业相关工作经验者优先。 4、熟悉office办公软件。 5、良好的表达和沟通能力。 6、有团队精神,工作主动积极。
