This position will be responsible for supporting the Company's Sales and Marketing strategy development and implementation and ultimately to achieve sales targets set for the designated market.
This will involve providing business management consulting to Ford Trustmark Dealerships to support dealer vehicle inventory control, business management, wholesale inventory financing, retail financing and insurance selling. This position will work together with local commercial banks and insurance companies and supervise the automotive financing and insurance sales process within designated Ford Trustmark dealerships. They will assist in maximising vehicle sales volume and customer satisfaction.
This position will also monitor market developments and advise the Company of significant changes/trends and key competitor actions.
Typical duties will include; - Provide on-site support to dealers for Finance & Insurance training, time sales administration, Dealer financial analysis as well as business management consultancy. - Report periodically to management about dealers' performance and market information as well as competitor actions in the local market. - Working with dealership management to maintain sufficient wholesale credit lines to fund the dealership's vehicle purchases from Ford and meet the dealership's sales objectives. Liaise with local commercial banks to ensure efficient vehicle document controls at the dealership to facilitate timely vehicle delivery to the customer. - Establish and continually improve Sales and Financial Service Standards at the dealership to increase both customer and dealer satisfaction. Assist in conducting Sales and Finance & Insurance analysis and training as required - Develop action plans to correct areas of adverse performance or enhancement plans to improve the dealer's financial structures, sales and Finance & Insurance sales performance.
We require applicants to have; - University degree with a major in Business Administrative, Sales & Marketing, Finance or other related fields - Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing field - Prior knowledge or experiences of finance and/or automotive finance services industry would be preferred - Good interpersonal skills and an ability to negotiate and influence others - Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese and good PC skills - Passion for sale and dealer communication and customer service - High integrity and reliable personality with good business sense - Work independently and also with strong team work spirit - High frequent travel required
