JD: 1. Develops, organize and evaluate training plans & programs in conjunction with various departments; 2. Analyze and evaluate training needs;Deliver quality soft-skill training programs; 3. Conducts an overall preparation of training materials,course outlines,quick reference guides and any necessary documentation needed for handouts for all training; 4. Builds and maintains relationships with external training providers, vendors, universities or other institution; 5. Maintains relationships with company management to ensure human resources programs are current and meet the needs of the organization
Qualification: 1. Education: Bachelor Degree and above 2. Vocational Experience: min. 1 years working experience in training & development functionLanguage: fluently Mandarin and English, German desirable
