Major Responsibilities: -Present the Commercial Vehicle Steering products to main Chinese truck and bus manufactures, primarily companies outside FAW group; -Develop and manage relationship with customers; -Develop CQA process in TFCVS; -Negotiate sales agreements with TFCVS customers; -Develop and utilize GDP principles for program management; -Track all customer commercial aspects of programs at TFCVS; -Member of new product launch teams; -OP/LRP input; -Interface with CSS application engineering team in US regarding TFCVS development programs; -Provide the technical interface with customers regarding TFCVS products. -Streamline internal sales process; -Provide monthly updated sales forecast to senior management of TFCVS; -Implement sales monthly reporting system; Key Competencies: -Good Planning and management skills -Knowledge of truck application engineering in steering and suspension systems; -Knowledge of CSS operations, products and customers in China. -Member of customer team and lead cross functional teams for project management: -Interface with TFCVS management team in order to ensure flawlessly market development; -Work together with TFCVS sales team members to assure "one face to the customer" -Manage product mix tendency and profitability -Willingness to travel
Education and Experience:
Educational:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience:Five to ten years experience in automotive development area
