Position summary:
-Develop and executing the group standard personal profile (stress on: development, training, recruiting and personal planning); -Recruit all specialist and middle level employees; -As internal consultant to solve problems in personal, social and labor contract; -Act as business partner to support all departments in Changchun plant. Ensure that Human Resources objectives lead to the achievement of business objectives for the company; -Lead and participate in human resources staffing planning, actively involve in applicant selection processes; -Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in all personnel actions for the company; -Facilitate communication of new/revised Human Resources programs and policy; -Provide career, management, and executive development counseling for employees, including referral to other internal or external sources; -Drive, coordinate, and manage to resolution compensation, Benefits, relocation, employment, tax, wellness, and training/development issues.
Requirement: Hands on working experiences in human resources management; Familiar with all human resources management functions (recruiting, C&B, performance assessment, employee development and so on); Minimum 4 years working experiences in an international company with the responsibilities for high caliber staffs; Fluent in English.
