Responsibilities: -Define the E-commerce strategy and participate in the yearly budget process with key objectives being to efficiently promote the brand and increase both online traffic and sales. -Online product line enrichment actively increasing the online product line depth and add on strategic new product lines. -B to C Sales promotion & e-DM planning and execution -Initiate competitive study to better position our product/promotion offer; launch strategic alliance with web portals, fashion magazines,plan our e-DM initiative and responsible for the deliverable. -Online marketing. -Draft online events to arouse customer attention as well as to attract eyeballs from prospective customers. -Dispatches the team responsibilities and promote their personal development. -Report to CEO.
Qualifications: -Have passion for life and brand awareness. -Bachelor degree or above in IT or Marketing. -8+ years working experience in an internet / E-commerce. -Experienced in key online merchant organizations. -Familiar with internet marketing and able to plan as well as to execute. -Excellent communication skills. -Strong team player and effective coach. -Good analytical skills and understanding of business and financial concepts. -Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive and open-minded. -Fluent English in reading and writing.

要求: -热爱生活,有品牌意识; -本科学历,IT或营销专业; -8年以上互联网 / 电子商务经验; -管理网上商家方面有丰富经验; -熟悉网上营销、有计划并且实施的能力; -沟通能力强; -团队合作精力,有领导能力; -分析能力强,有商业头脑; -有职业道德,工作积极主动,心态开放; -英语阅读及书写流利。
