Responsibilities:
- Establish the holistic system, process & standard level relevant to retail operation.
- Study and analyze routine reports to keep track of the business trends and advise on recommendations accordingly to Management.
- Implement action plans set by Management to develop sales for each product.
- Formulate retail strategies and annual budget.
- Collaborate with all functional groups within the retail organization to ensure the retail locations operate in an efficient, secure and high-service manner
- Administer and monitor store operations to achieve a consistent and customer-friendly brand experience.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are developed, effectively implemented.
- Hire and train the managers and staff for the retail complex.
- Supervise store communication for all existing and upcoming stores.
- Report to Retail Operation Director.
Qualifications:
- Have passion for life and brand awareness.
- 8 years retail operations experience in specialty store with emphasis in the areas of apparel, personal wear accessories, consumer electronics, jewelry, perfumes, etc.
- Project planning and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; listening; verbal and written ability.
- Team work Spirit.
- Strong work ethic, complemented by positive, can-do attitude -must be self-driven and prepared to work in start-up environment.
- Strong technical skills and computer knowledge.
- Fluent English.

- 根据公司的零售业务发展模式，制订一整套零售营运标准、制度和流程；
- 分析及制定定期报告以分析市场走势，并向管理层作出有助销售的建议；
- 执行由管理层对产品定下的销售计划；
- 制定销售策略及年度预算；
- 协同所有职能部门确保零售的高效、安全运行；
- 管理和监督店面运作，提供给顾客一致、友好的品牌体验；
- 确保制度和流程的完善、有效实施；
- 招聘并培训店面经理和店员；
- 指导各分店之间的交流；
- 向零售总监汇报。
要求：
- 热爱生活，有品牌意识；
- 8年以上专卖店运作经验，以下领域经验者优行：服装、饰品、电子消费品、首饰、香水等；
- 项目规划及管理能力；
- 沟通能力强，善于倾听，口头表达及书写能力强；
- 团队合作精神；
- 工作积极主动，有敢为、自励的精神，并且有创建者的准备；
- 有专业知识及计算机技能；
- 英文流利。
