Responsibilities: -Implement and supervise the website platform launch. -Define the E-commerce strategy and participate in the yearly budget process with key objectives being to efficiently promote the brand and increase both online traffic and sales. -Be responsible for the full Online Customer Relationship Management, especially the online customer acquisition and retention. -Propose, implement and follow up all the online marketing activities. -Be responsible for the online database management including management of customer database, customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring a clean and proper database. -Manage and provide in house IT department guidelines and standards to achieve.
Qualifications: -Have passion for life and brand awareness. -Bachelor degree or above in IT or Marketing. -5+ years working experience in an internet / E-commerce. -Strong marketing and sales, CRM, and website technical knowledge. -Excellent communication skills. -Strong team player and effective coach. -Good analytical skills and understanding of business and financial concepts. -Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive and open-minded. -Fluent English in reading and writing.
