-Work closely with a cross-functional team and key contacts regionally to develop marketing strategy in China market, consistent with the global strategy & brand equity in order to help build sales & profit. -Lead the cross-functional team at the country level, and gain support from QA, Operation and Supply Chain leaders -Communicate global strategy and calendar and help translate it into local market plans to meet business needs. -Collate market performance data to help identify opportunities and challenges –to build sales & profit. -Optimize products/programs to best fit local needs and timings -Develop category plans including growth, and profitability metricsGuideline for Corporate brand and product brand marketing -Guideline and strategy for brand communications such as tv, print-ads, DM, etc. -Brand campaign execution in China
Requirements: -8 years above experience in marketing communications -Proven, progressive experience in food management in a retail environment -Experience leading product and/or brand strategy, planning & execution -Experience in leading cross-functional teams -Well rounded teamwork skills -Responsibility and accountability
